Clinical responsibilities include individual, group (psychotherapy and psychoeducational; and intensive outpatient), couples, and family counseling, initial assessments, drug testing, and on-call services with children, adolescents and adults. Created mental health/skills-based psychotherapy group. Inpatient psychological consultation services at the Southwest Regional Rehabilitation Center (EMR documentation using Cerner). Caseload of 25-30 individual clients and 2 groups per week in addition to inpatient assessments and follow-ups. Client concerns include a wide range of substance abuse and mental health issues often involving district court probation; juvenile probation; drug and sobriety court; child protective services; and school referrals. Involved in within agency multidisciplinary treatment team, consultation groups, and committees. Credentialed with managed care panels and responsible for service authorizations.
