As a Professor of Management in the Robert P. Stiller School of Business at Champlain College in Burlington, Vermont, I teach in both our undergraduate and graduate (online) programs. During my doctoral work, I served as a Research Associate for the Center for Business as Agent of World Benefit (now the Fowler Center for Sustainable Value) and I remain a creative contributor today. Through my work with the Center, I helped organize and lead several international online conferences, bringing together thousands of individuals from six continents to explore how business can be a force for positive social change. As part of our work with the Aspen Institute's TIP program, I also organized a multi-university summit to envision integrating business and society issues into management school curriculum and served as the co-editor of Center’s Interactive Working Paper Series.
