In this new role, I lead this Lilly Endowment-funded initiative in this cohort style-based learning experience open nationally to pastors and leaders interested in learning how to utilize technology to preach not just for personal but social transformation in their communities.

In my current role, I am providing consultation in a newly formed Talent division for recruiting diverse candidates while leading coaching and developing a distributed hiring team. I am also orchestrating strategic leadership and tactical planning in driving all aspects of talent acquisition, including developing sourcing, hiring, and employee acquisition processes across all programs. Working with other Executive-level managers to support their hiring needs.I made several key contributions including:• Spearheaded the development of a structure for program assistants to support recruitment needs.• Analyzed metrics as well as suggested insights related to all recruitment processes and procedures.• Developed an interviewing, and pre-hire onboarding experience that stressed organizational culture and values while working collaboratively with key HR members.• Championed and cultivated a culture of excellence and care within the recruiting team to attract superb talent while driving awareness of employer value propositions across hiring channels.• Led initiation of a learning and development initiative and established several educational partners for the organization to provide tuition discounts to employees to create a qualified internal pipeline for open positions.• Oversaw and streamlined the talent acquisition process while staying current on industry news, trends, federal, state, and local HR laws, and best practices related to talent sourcing trends as well as maintaining standards of the recruitment function and suggesting innovative ways for improvement. • Developed personnel growth, engagement, and retention strategies while serving as the lead recruitment strategist.

P2P is a small church planting support and training network that seeks to train Black/Brown church planters going into urban communities to start holistic, justice oriented churches right from the start.
