The Business Transformation team; lead and manage enterprise change; provide change management support to the business; and lead business environment improvement initiatives. Examples of deliverables/achievements throughout my engagement are (but not limited to);• Developed an enterprise change view of $2bn worth of projects to include change impact, load and activity across the organisation and integrated into executive monthly project discussions.• Responsible and accountable for the change assurance for $600m+ investment from Infrastructure NSW for the building of a train network to meet the growing needs of Sydney.• Establishment of an enterprise view and managed approach to change activity.• Change management integrated in the Executive visual management cell and strategic decision making.• Commenced 22 business transformation engagements across the organisation that reaches approximately 45% of the 10,500 workforce.• Developed a business environment mapping methodology, linked to the organisation’s vision and values, to turn culture change into a tangible and measurable objective.• Designed and implemented practical and fit for purpose change management tools/resources integrated into the project management lifecycle and methodology.• Review of the change management consideration in all business cases and PMPs seeking funding approval (capex and opex), and providing feedback and coaching to project teams.• Development of the 2013-2015 Sydney Trains People Operations Plan • Bespoke design, implementation and ongoing management of an Employee Pulse Check (Climate survey) aligned to the organisation’s objectives. Across three years the response rate has increased from 17% to 71%.• Design, management, and facilitation of a 6-month General Manager collaboration program to reduce silos, increase their accountability in business transformation, and increase engagement.

A new role for the organisation, and as part of the Director's team reporting to the CEO, I was responsible for establishing the Talent function across Australia/Asia incorporating the full employee lifecycle including; attraction, recruitment, performance, development, engagement and retention.Achievements and Deliverables in this short contract role included;• Development of an integrated talent management strategy and change management plan in line with organisational objectives for Australia Asia.• Business case approval and requirements definition for implementation of Success Factors; a talent management system to enable the business to apply consistent processes for talent management across the Group.• Design of a capability framework aligned with corporate vision and values, including a library of coaching advice for managers and development activities.• Facilitation of organisational redesign, talent review and implementation plans for key geographies.• Design, development and deployment of a Sharepoint Talent Portal housing resources to support employee and people leaders in their role and career across the full talent management and employee lifecycle.• Design of a corporate induction plus guidelines for local site induction for consistent on boarding experience.• Development and leadership of a talent management community of practice across Australia/Asia.• Business case approval and implementation plan for People and Culture program in partnership with Kenexa.• Creation of an easily communicated KPI framework aligned to organisational objectives for the financial year.• Development of a behavioural interview process and interactive interview question form aligned to organisational culture and values.
