My journey began with a Doctorate in Pharmacy from Mercer University, followed by a versatile career that has allowed me to work in both high-volume retail and clinical environments.Growing up in Sharon, MA, I developed a passion for teamwork and leadership through basketball and football, skills that have translated seamlessly into my professional life. I started as a Floating Pharmacist with CVS Health, where I quickly adapted to new environments and honed my expertise. I transitioned to a Staff Pharmacist role in Rome, GA, where I built lasting patient relationships and led my team to the number one store in our district, excelling in sales, patient care, and adherence outreach.Later, I was called upon to lead a high-volume store in Powder Springs, GA, where I successfully transformed the pharmacy's performance within two months. My leadership turned the store into a district leader in patient care and efficiency.I then transitioned to a Clinical Pharmacist role at Anthem (now Elevance Health), where I played a key role in the Adherence Case Management program. My focus was on improving patient outcomes through strategic interventions and detailed patient consultations, consistently meeting and exceeding call goals while enhancing patient care processes across the Clinical Pharmacy Care Center.Currently, I serve as a Clinical Care Pharmacist at Capital Rx, where I continue to improve patient health through comprehensive consultations and innovative, data-driven healthcare solutions.
