As a health educator and nutrition consultant, I have 15+ years of experience in the fields of integrative nutrition, holistic health, and natural medicine. I am passionate about empowering people to achieve optimal health and well-being through evidence-based, holistic, and personalized approaches. I have a PhD in nutrition and traditional medicine (AQF) and I am a member of the Nutrition Society of Australia (NSA).I have worked as a Postdoctoral Research Fellow, Health Promotion Officer, Complementary Health Therapist, Advisor, Mentor, and Inspirational Speaker in various settings, such as universities, clinics, R&D food companies, and health-related organizations. I have published more than 25 academic articles, books, and presentations, as well as a patent, on topics such as natural therapies and chronic diseases. I have also designed and delivered professional workshops and programs on holistic fitness and wellness, complementary alternative therapies, natural remedies, and preventive health. Currently, I am voluntarily collaborating with several community centers in Sydney as an invited speaker for running educational sessions on principles of holistic health, integrative nutrition, and mindful eating, in the management of chronic pain and fatigue, stress, or sleep Disorders as well as Nutrition Tips for A Better Physical, Mental & Emotional Health.
