I am faculty at Shri Ram College of Commerce,Founder Coordinator, Office of International Programmes(OIP) & member Foreign Student Registry, Delhi University and the Vice Chairperson of the International Coop Alliance Comm for Coop in Edu Inst (ICEI). I have a PhD in Financial Cooperatives from JMI, Delhi and a Professional Development Programme in Management and Leadership from Harvard University. These credentials enable me to lead and manage complex and diverse projects and teams in the higher education industry.My mission is to promote and enhance the role of cooperatives in education, as well as to empower women through entrepreneurship, innovation, and sustainability. I have initiated and convened several successful international conferences, summits, and initiatives in collaboration with various partners and stakeholders, such as the USA India Initiative, the Global Millenium Summit, the International Conference on Empowering Women, and the International Conference with Kyunghee University. I am passionate about fostering academic excellence, cross-cultural dialogue, and social impact through my work at SRCC, Delhi University, National International Apex Cooperative organisations and beyond.
