Experience is a journey, with more than 13 years of being in the industry as a Quality and Operations lead has made me ready for future endeavors with new aspirations. Profound knowledge around food safety, quality, auditing and compliance gives me a chance to contribute towards high-quality safe food.I have been involved in creating a real-time monitoring compliance platform. Working with different teams on the floor to implement food control plans (template or customized), HACCP, different quality systems FSSC 22000/ISO22000/RMP/GMP.From previous years of work, I have incurred interpersonal and team management skills. I possess strong communication and stakeholder engagement capabilities while working with different levels of hierarchy.Along with my work, I volunteer with various NGOs, support them with social activities and contribute to the common good. It's an amazing feeling when you can share the load and giving it back.The goal is to put all the energy and enthusiasm altogether to motivate myself and others to achieve new horizons.
