Last 19 years, I am involved in the field of overseas training management and capacity building of human resources management, study tour management, tailor made courses, higher degree program facilitation, networking, advocacy, monitoring and evaluation activities under the different ministry of Bangladesh. I am capable to manage the whole program including proposal submission, negotiation with the clients and counterpart institutions, liaison maintain with project office, local & international communication, participants welfare in the destination country, multi-country payment, ensure quality of training, assist to get good and affordable accommodation, halal food, local transportation, ensure safety and security, emergency health services, site seeing & best example learning site visit and any other logistic support as needed by the clients. I am also capable to do following activities: • Prepare details program schedule of training and other relevant documents from the counterpart university/institution.• Supervise budgeting and cost estimation etc.• Wider experiences to work with different country community based organization, civil society and government high officials.• Supervise and maintain close communication with the project office/client to provide require documents or report submission timely.• Confident to bear responsibility for making all arrangements of the study tour/training, prepare report on each study tour/training, provide all assistance required by the project or program, prepare study tour evaluation findings and all other support from the country partners.Also last 11 years, I am directly involved in the field of medical training field, identifying training need assessment,annual training program and preparing plansby evaluating strengths and weaknesses. As an IT training specialist, I have delivered several program under different ministries and directorates like: Training on office management, file management and online PMIS software, training on online earning & outsourcing, training on hospital automation. I was also engaged as a team leader (IT training specialist) under learning and earning development project. The training objectives were to develop human resources management, generate self-employment and increase national income through computer training and impact of the program is development of the IT sector and expansion of e-commerce. I have experiences on Health Information System (HIS) and Open Medical Record System.
