Conrad School of Entrepreneurship & Business is part of the world-renowned engineering faculty at University of Waterloo. Conrad is a leader in entrepreneurship education, offering education at the interface of business and technology. It is where entrepreneurial attitudes converge with hands-on learning and leading-edge research to produce some of our world’s brightest companies in the heart of Canada's technology triangle.Marc supports the undergraduate programming in entrepreneurship. He teaches courses, mentors and develops entrepreneurs from all different majors, and with many different interests. Since Fall, 2016, he has taken on the AD role for undergraduate programs. Marc also runs the External Practicum and courses on corporate entrepreneurship and consulting for the Master's program in business, entrepreneurship, and technology (MBET).

The followership learning community is the largest group of followership academics and practitioners in the world. Broadly speaking, our mission is to promote the study and development of followership in organizations through information sharing, regular meetings, online content, and promotion. We welcome new members to join us by taking out membership in the ILA, and/or by joining us at ILA sponsored events.

As a marketing executive in the Group Benefits area with Manulife Financial during the first decade of 2000, Marc was a collaborative leader of the team in charge of new product development, customer web experience, sales support, and product communications. During his tenure, annual revenues grew from Can$2b/yr to Can$6 b/yr. When Manulife Financial acquired John Hancock in 2004, Marc developed and oversaw the implementation of a strategy for integrating the customer experience of the Group Benefits web presence, which required linking 90 separate systems from four previous acquisitions.
