During COVID-19, held daily live videos providing support for parents in crisis for over 100 episodes. Fostered relationships with clients, built relationships to support the business and created new services as the business expanded. Creating short and long term consulting contracts with organizations to bridge business with mental health. Areas of focus include understanding of mental health, parenting, navigating grief, healing from traumatic events within the work environment, and culture change. Consulted on educational policy during the 2019 presidential primary.

Presenting to groups of 5 to 3000 people, in person and remote, live or recorded to educate about parenting and mental health. Speaking to schools and organizations, with customized engagements. Formats include: Keynotes, Lunch and Learns, Speaker Series, Interactive workshops, Panelists, Webinars, Multi-Day live training, and Online programs; all with engaging and captivating elements. Sample topics include: ALL Behavior Can Change, Understanding Depression and Finding Happiness, Finding a Rhythm Between Work and Parenting, Creating Culture Change. Programs have been created for organizations such as The Royal Australian Navy, DoorDash, FINRA, NYSAIS, Young Child Expo, as well as events hosted by Behavior and Beyond, LLC. Providing individualized support to families who have read the books, done the online courses and still struggle to implement the strategies in real life. Using a unique approach, including my Behind Closed Doors Approach, I help families where they need it most - in their own living rooms, at their own dining room table and in their own bedrooms. I come in for the 3 days to individual homes to provide hands on support, real time modeling, and direct feedback so that change happens in real time. I apply the Full Family Formula to support the entire family and all the complexities that happen within a home. This means I work with parents and children, as well as teachers and others who are part of their lives.

Part of their Crisis Emotional Care Team, providing crisis intervention and emotional care to survivors of disasters. Provide large and small group engagements, along with confidential individual support sessions. Work included supporting communities grieving a death by suicide, front line medical workers during COVID, and national decision makers during a global pandemic.

Responsible for accepting new clients and coordinating paperwork with New York State mandates, aligning clients with ideal service providers. Responsibilities also included: hiring/firing, training, and supervising service providers, resolving conflicts, handling fiscal matters and maintaining positive relationships.

After providing services as a Special Education teacher and Behavior Therapist for a couple of years, they hired me to be the ABA Specialist. The main role being to go see session and provide support to other Special Education Teachers and Behavior Therapists. It was such an honor to observe other amazing teachers and discuss ways to help them improve their sessions. It was humbling because I was not a better teacher than anyone of them, but the outside prospective is powerful. Learning from each other is what teachers need. When there were questions, problems or conflicts, teachers would look to me for resolution. Building strong relationships, respecting differences of opinions and providing constructive feedback were just a few of the many skills I gained in this role.
