As a global lawyer with overseas experience, I offer clients an extensive skill-set in commercial law and strategic advice, as well as offering expertise in domestic and international space law. My experience extends to Board governance, risk management, compliance, and regulatory advice, built from my work in the space, energy, oil & gas, bamking, and IT/Tech sectors from New Zealand and overseas.My corporate/commercial legal work includes; M&A, corporate governance and board secretarial duties; corporate structures and restructures; drafting reviewing and negotiatingng contracts; procurement; RTFs, RTPs, strategic assessment and planning, , strategy, and supply-chain analysis. My specialist legal experience includes avaiation & space law, cybersecurity, data and information governance, IT contracts, cryptocurrencies, AML and PCI DSS NIST as well as ISO 27000 series compliance.But, I offer my clients so much more than just legal advice. I deal with risk assessment, management, mitigation, and assurance.As a specialist in outer space law, I advise on high-level legal matters and have held positions as a consultant including leading large specialist teams on major projects. As an academic and MA/PHD supervisor, I am an adjunct lecturer and lecturer that is widely published.
