The focus is future-oriented with an appreciation of the learners’ current state.Each program includes: - Online, asynchronistic courses inviting students to participate in the weekly learning activities any time day or night. - Weekly live virtual Q&A sessions bringing learning content to life with continued discussion and real-life examples of how the course content is applied at work. The Q&A sessions are recorded just in case someone misses one. -Two private virtual leadership coaching sessions for each participant, ensuring competency development at a granular level in the day-to-day work.- Participants’ Supervisor/Manager Coaching Guide. We know that the support of our learners is a key factor for success, which is why we’ve developed a Coaching Guide for the program participants’ Supervisors/Managers.
