Dr Maria Thompson is a Principal Consultant at APEX Think Corporation, a private consulting company providing scientific, medical and technical advisory services to clients across the Life Science industry. She works with a number of Life Sciences clients including start-ups, small-medium biotechs, large pharma, PR companies, and CROs assisting with the following:- scientific, medical and technical writing (including writing protocols, application notes, ppt presentations, grants, patent filing and drafting publications for peer-reviewed journals)- design and implement good blogging practices for scientific businesses- webpage editing (CMS) and keyword optimization- digital marketing, marketing automation and marketing literature design- business development (ppt presentations for OEM, investor decks)- social media strategy for businesses and social media marketing, (SMM) and search engine optimization (SEO)In her spare time, Maria actively and philanthropically works with Scientists who are at turning points in their careers to guide them with transitioning into alternative pathways in Science.
