Dr. Mark Davis, II is an inspiring champion for children and regionally recognized school leader.Dr. Davis is a product of two educators and a native of Saint Louis, Missouri. He has developed his talent and supported students in key roles including teacher, assistant principal, and principal. Dr. Davis earned a Bachelor of Science degree from Langston University at age 20, where his studies emphasized training in agricultural business. In 2007, Dr. Davis found his passion and love for learning were best utilized in the support of young people; this led to the beginning of his teaching career. The following year and at age 24, he earned a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from Webster University. At age 26, he became a career and technical education administrator for the Saint Louis Public Schools, where under his leadership, career program offerings in agriculture doubled. He then began serving as a vice principal in the Jefferson City School District at age 28. Since 2012, Dr. Davis has served in various administrative capacities.In 2016, and at age 32, he earned a Doctorate of Education degree with an emphasis in Educational Leadership from Saint Louis University. That same year he was also awarded and recognized in the St. Louis region as one of the area's "Top 30 leaders in their 30s." Over the years, Dr. Davis has enjoyed community service as an ordained deacon at his church, and within the Prince Hall Masonic and Alpha Phi Alpha organizations.He has an adorable 4-year-old son, Mark III. In his limited spare time, Dr. Davis enjoys traveling and spending time with his son and family.
