As the Managing Director of Goddard Veterinary Group, I oversee the business performance and strategic direction of 49 veterinary sites across Greater London, serving over 100,000 pets and their owners each year. With more than 15 years of experience in the veterinary industry, I have a proven track record of leading and transforming multi-site practices, driving growth, efficiency, and delivery of high-quality care.My core competencies include strategy, operations, M&A, IT, facilities, marketing, project management, procurement, commercial, and financial management. I am particularly interested in business transformation, change leadership, and strategic competitive advantage. I have successfully led M&A activities from both buy and sell sides, digital and operational transformation projects, and the design and delivery of strategic plans. I am a qualified veterinary surgeon with an MBA from Imperial College London, a Graduate Diploma in Law from the University of Law, and a Chartered Manager certification from the Chartered Management Institute.Outside of work I am a keen beekeeper and have supported local schools as a parent governor.
