In the area of M&A and PE, I advise on corporate transactions as well as complex real estate transactions. I have focused on complex carve-out transactions of large corporations as preparation or part of M&A transactions as well as cross-border transformations.In the area of corporate law, my pratice also comprises disputes between shareholders or joint venture partners. A further focus of my work is advising on corporate law aspects of company formations, corporate actions, transformations and other structural measures as well as on corporate governance.
