With over 20 years of experience in public education and organizational change management, I am passionate about transforming education systems and enhancing student outcomes. With a tenacious entrepreneurial spirit, I’ve lead start up non profits and founded a public charter school. I have a strong background in curriculum, instruction, human resources, adult learning, and assessment, as well as a Doctor of Education (Ed.D.) degree in Educational Leadership and Policy Studies from the University of Washington. I have also completed the Urban Superintendents Academy certification from the University of Southern California, where I gained valuable insights and skills in leading urban schools and districts. I am skilled in workshop facilitation, staff development, change management, and nonprofit organizations. I enjoy collaborating with diverse stakeholders and partners to create innovative and effective solutions for the challenges and opportunities facing public education today and in the future.
