Current• Lead the discovery, design, development, and delivery of full suite of solutions tailored to most effectively address client’s challenges, including strategic planning, operational improvement, product design, and service delivery.• Design and facilitate 20+ bespoke collaborative experiences annually that enable Fortune 500 companies across many industries to overcome their unique challenges and achieve their visions.• Lead the creative direction of engaging digital and in-person user experiences that make complex insights accessible and actionable.• Responsible for driving execution of organization’s annual sales target through internal coaching, workshop design and delivery, etc.• Lead strategy development and planning for Consulting business.• Collaborate with partners and clients to conduct innovative and creative research approaches that clearly articulate their business objectives, as well as understand and assess their business context.• Develop and deliver an annual individual $1M+ revenue target.• Provide creative storytelling executive coaching, including TED, thought leadership conferences, etc.• Responsible for continued innovation of services associated with client co-design.• Publish thought leadership regarding effective change enablement and learning strategies.• Facilitate individual and organizational learning and development.
