I was consumed by stress, having one foot in the grave in 2017, with an autoimmune thyroid diagnosis of “Graves Disease.” One year later I’m healthy, vibrant, and energetic, living my best life! I have rededicated my pursuit to maintaining my health and educating others on how easily our health is either lost or restored. I do this through the same principles I used to step out of the grave.I opened Lifespring Chiropractic in Austin, Texas in October 2017. Because I easily get bored from working in one setting for too long, I also serve as a Corporate Wellness Expert where I give a series of health seminars to companies to help keep employees healthy and happy. I also bring my chiropractic services to businesses around Texas and serve as an “in house chiropractor.” Think of the same services as seeing a chiropractor in the traditional setting, but with the convenience of having them right in the comfort of your own office, saving you time and money!My passion within health is finding a way to explain something in a way that is easy for anybody to understand! I believe that there is hope for all of us and that health is a lifelong, never ending journey, not simply a destination. When we have our health in order, everything in life is better! We sleep better, have more energy, have better social relationships, we get sick less often, and enjoy doing the things we love!
