More than 25 years of working in the nonprofit sector in Wichita, Kansas. First nonprofit ended the calendar year with a -$58K deficit. I joined this organization in the final quarter of that year. This organization ended the next calendar year with a surplus of $28K. More than a $75K turn around in one year.The next organization went from a $1M annual fundraising income to $2.5M in fundraising income in three years.
