More than 25 years of working in the nonprofit sector in Wichita, Kansas. First nonprofit ended the calendar year with a -$58K deficit. I joined this organization in the final quarter of that year. This organization ended the next calendar year with a surplus of $28K. More than a $75K turn around in one year.The next organization went from a $1M annual fundraising income to $2.5M in fundraising income in three years. Over the next few years, I have served as Board president for several organizations. Some of these were well established and some were upstarts. Each one needed leadership in establishing policies and board governance issues.I have increased external stakeholder involvement across an organization through excellent relationship building skills. This has led to an increase in revenue growth and volunteer engagement. I have engaged internal stakeholders to create a culture of philanthropy through excellent organizational skills.
