My focus lies in promoting wellness practices, bringing awareness to disparities in medicine, and cultivating safe, supportive environments within workplaces to mitigate turnover and prevent burnout among employees.Drawing on my entrepreneurial spirit, I have ventured into the skincare industry with the creation of Shea Seasons. Our mission is to address dry skin conditions by offering organic, non-toxic solutions deeply rooted in the wisdom of West African philosophy.Beyond my professional pursuits, I find fulfillment in the creative realm. Recently, I authored a captivating children's book titled "Curious Rosie: A Trip to the Hospital." This book serves not only to educate and inspire children about the medical field but also to celebrate the rich diversity within medicine.
