As a Customer Happiness Specialist at Team Topia, I leverage my 28+ years of experience as a Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) to provide excellent customer support, communication, and education for our software users. I enjoy helping people have the best experience with our software, which helps them manage their teams, projects, and workflows more efficiently and effectively.I am passionate about building relationships, teaching people how to advocate for themselves, and expanding my knowledge and skills. I assist with the creation and maintenance of Help Center documentation, webinars, and training, send Customer Communications as well as testing and product improvements. I also use tools such as ZenDesk, Jira, Coda, MailChimp, and Canva to enhance my work and collaboration. I love to travel, camp, golf, swim, photograph, and spend time with my family and pets. I am also the co-founder and president of a non-profit organization that supports the local animal shelter.
