As District President, responsible for 7 major and minor campuses and over 35 education sites in 20,000 square miles. Serve 16,000 credit and non-credit students per academic year. 800 full and part-time faculty and staff on the payroll. $60 million physical plant.

Responsible for two of the three major campuses of the Mid-Plains Community College District. As Chief Operational and Administrative Officer managed all functions including personnel, facilities, curriculum, and student affairs.

Responsibile for integrating systems software into a newer, more robust releave for data accountability. Also, was responsible for taking new major initiatives from concept to implementation.

Managed the functions of Registrar and Director of Financial Aid.

Managed all of allied health and science programs including Nursing, Dental Hygiene, Dental Lab Technology, Dental Assisting, Medical Assisting, Biotechnology, Human Services, Biology, and Chemistry. 42 full and part-time faculty and staff. Dental Hygiene, Dental Assisting and Dental Lab Technology programs were accredited during this period. Biotechnology.

Provided leadership for all federal, state and local reporting. Worked on systems issues and assisted the President with resolving systems challenges.

Prepared and taught Sociology, Social Problems, Human Relations, Assertiveness, and Psychology.
