I'm a senior Psychometrician at Cognia (formerly Measured Progress) with 20 years experience in high-stakes testing and large-scale assessment.Before joining Cognia, I was a senior research scientist at NWEA, where I led operational and research work on interim growth measures of academic achievement and the OECD Test for Schools. Beforet that, I served as Director of Psychometric Services at Comira. While there, I led the company’s test development consulting for a variety of non-profit and for-profit certification programs, interfaced with test development clients, developed proposals and responses to test development RFPs, and managed a team of doctorate-level psychometricians. I also served as a senior psychometrician on the Uniform CPA Exam at the AICPA, where I led the exam’s psychometric research efforts and participated in the exam’s psychometric operations activities.
