CurrentDevelop and evaluate the educational programs of 13 elementary schools for over 6,700 students Oversee special education programming K-12 and a budget of approximately $65 millionSupervise 13 elementary principals and 2 Special Education DirectorsServe as a member of the Superintendent’s CabinetOversee curriculum development and implementation for all elementary schoolsDevelop and implement policies and programs specific to elementary educationBudget and allocate resources for elementary and special education initiativesCollaborate with the curriculum and special education departments to create high-quality programming for all elementary schools Analyze elementary education and special education data to identify trends and make data-driven deciisons for improvementLead the "Systems & Structures" committee as part of the district's Cultural Profiency, Equity, and Inclusion initiative Lead the district K-12 Supervision and Evaluation program for professional staff in compliance with district procedures and state regulations Organize elementary and special education staffing for support, professional, and administrative staff Assist with the development of the district comprehensive improvement plan Serve as the District Assessment Coordinator Oversee registration for the entire districtAssist in leading the Safe Schools Committee and coordinate all professional development
