Key achievements in my current role include reducing branch cross border outward SWIFT payments for retail customers by approximately 80%, resulting in almost 90% of applications being captured via FNB Online Banking and the FNB App, straight through processing (STP) of almost 35% of outward SWIFT payments and approval from the SARB for electronic document vetting (instead of printing and physically endorsing).
