Dr. Mike develops and implements research programs and strategies that align with corporate objectives. He leads research teams that use innovative approaches to understanding the fundamental interactions between people and place, and performance and well-being outcomes. This includes developing unique AI and machine learning models leading to insights that help organizations improve workforce well-being, performance and engagement. Dr. Mike develops research insights that can influence markets, and be easily understood by practitioners, clients, leading to enhanced implementation and success. He is author of three books on how to use space design to reduce stress and improve performance. Dr. Mike is a regular public speaker, and is a co-author of the ANSI national ergonomic workstation standards. Dr. Mike is an adjunct Research Professor at Aix Marseille University Sciences, teaching a graduate level course “The IoT of Well-being". He is on the Board of Trustees for National University of Health Sciences with campus locations in the Chicago area and St. Petersburg, FL.
