About Mike Rand, Ph.D.

I have almost quarter of a century of commercial experience in category leadership working for leading organisations such as Mars, Cosmic Solutions and Molson Coors. Where I have been lucky enough to generate exceptional results as a category manager, a team leader, a trainer, a software development lead, a consultant and as a category controller.My personal difference, however, arises from the nature of my background and training. With seven years post graduate work in science and technology including a Ph.D., patents and publications, I have latterly had the opportunity to solve business problems through a commercial perspective married with a mathematically analytical and/or computing perspective.These are the core elements (commercial and analytical) of Cat Man Toolkit.
