In my role as Senior Consultant, I was responsible for advising management on strategic and operational issues and was responsible for setting up health consulting services. I was involved in the project collaboration for the conception of the strategic management of one of the largest university hospitals in Switzerland and supported in digitisation strategies and their implementation. Furthermore, I was responsible for the development of an optimisation concept and its implementation for a university outpatient clinic, as well as the development of innovative patient processes and care models with service providers and insurance companies. I advised companies in the health care sector on topics such as digital transformation, strategy, reorganisation and optimisation, innovation management, due diligence, market entry, digitisation, process optimisation and innovation. Independently, I led sub-projects in the healthcare sector and took care of knowledge management in the Health Care Team. I also participated in the support and development of concrete cooperation models with external partners.
