Healthier ways of leading yourself and your team. My passion is to create a positive environment to support others (people and organisations alike) in realising their potential to take responsibility, collaborate, learn and grow, whilst at the same time enjoying their journey. My personal mission is to improve people's lives by helping to make work more fulfilling, resulting in healthier high performing organisations. As a multilingual Organisational Psychologist with a background in Accounting and a proven track record in improving employee performance and engagement, I specialise in enhancing organisational behaviour through leadership development, bespoke psychometric assessments (e.g. 360 degree feedback), coaching and workshops to build healthier high performing organisations. My over 15 years international experience in leadership development spans across the entire learning & development cycle (talent management, organisational design, culture change, change initiatives etc.) supporting a varied client base from a number of industries (e.g. finance, tech, engineering, and healthcare) in multiple countries. My background as a former auditor (CPA passed) and business risk consultant in the US and Europe, provides me with the necessary insights into business to effectively integrate development programmes into the organisation. As part of my PhD research I developed and tested a leadership development framework in collaboration with other leadership experts that integrates current leadership thinking and practice into one framework that enables healthier (ethical) leading. This included designing and verifying a psychometric tool capturing this framework and applying it in a longitudinal study as a 360 degree feedback at a rapidly growing company as part of leadership development and organisational design.Having worked with companies in the US, UK, and across Europe and with conducted studies and research in ethical leadership development, I regularly share my experience and knowledge at international conferences and seminars.
