In addition, he has acquired scholarly and professional competencies in the disciplines of family business, entrepreneurship, leadership, strategy and financial planning, which enabled him to be a qualified and skilled strategist, advisor, trainer and mentor.Prima Alam Technologies Pte. Ltd. is a family firm started by Mohar's father. Together with his siblings, their duties as responsible owners are to continue the business legacy and ingrained the family legacy. Leveraging on the built family capital, the firm invests in the development of human and intellectual capital that produces sustainable innovation and sustainable technologies. As the name of the company suggests, "Prima Alam" which means 'Prime Environment', the aim is to preserve and maintain our environment and resources for the benefits of the humankind and the future generations.
