Providing engineering services in the commercial, public, and residential sectors across Sacramento metro and Northern California.

Led the structural engineering department and supervised engineers and CAD technicians. Managed and designed various structural projects in public and private sectors using structural steel, reinforced concrete, wood and masonry material. Provided structural condition assessment for existing buildings and infrastructure facilities. Projects ranged from Commercial and Multi-family Residential Buildings, to Infrastructure and Water/Wastewater Facilities, as well as Highway and Pedestrian Bridges.

• Performed and managed day-to-day construction tasks including: estimating, preparing proposals, reviewing contracts, preparing submittals, ordering materials, interviewing and recruiting foremen and labor, safety training and construction coordination• Managed architectural cast stone and man-made stone manufacturing plants

• Performed several research projects in Structural Engineering including seismic damage assessment, fragility analysis, reliability analysis of truss bridges, and bridge deck vibration analysis• Taught Engineering Statics (Fall 2010 and Summer 2011) and Engineering Dynamics (Spring 2011) courses with full responsibility of preparing materials, lectures and grading

• Designed a variety of highway and railway bridges including steel, prestressed concrete, cable-stayed and arch bridges as the lead structural engineer or a team member
