I am Pediatric Surgeon, and specialize in pediatric cancer surgeries ( Pediatric solid tumors). I am currently work as visiting consultant in Fortis (Mulund), HCG Cancer centre (Colaba), and SRCC children’s hospital as paediatric surgical oncologist. I have been performing surgeries for Paediatric renal tumours, neuroblastomas, soft tissue tumour, thoracic tumours and other solid tumours seen in paediatric and adolescent age group including vascular accesses The other area of interest is and organ/fertility preserving surgeries. I have several publications in national and intenational journals including book chapters. I am also associated in Indian association of paediatric surgeon (IAPS), Surgical oncology (SOS) and clinical research (CR) section of IAPS, and the International Society of Paediatric Surgical Oncology (IPSO).I also am interested in creating awareness of childhood cancers, as it would lead to early diagnosis and improves survival rates in these children. I am part of the NGO (Cancer Kids SOS Charitable Trust) that supports cancer patients and also empower doctors. We are mapping childhood cancer services in India at present.
