The World Continuing Education Alliance is a social impact company. Our goal is to improve health outcomes in the developing world, through the provision of education to healthcare professionals (nurses, doctors, midwives, clinical officers and pharmacists).WCEA works closely with large NGO's, such as the UN agencies.David started the programme in 2019 (known as ONE World), and since then has delivered over 8 Million Courses to nearly a million healthcare professionals, with the support of leading health educators, such as the Royal Colleges and a number of prestigious Universities.Our objectives include removing all barriers to continued education (financial and technical).

David founded the 3rd Wave as he realised that we are going through a change, not dissimilar to the industrial revolution, though at light speed! The barriers to “making a difference” have been totally removed, enabling just about anyone to launch a publication, develop a smartphone app or create an online platform. The key to adoption and high levels of participation (by readers, users, community), is their ability to make the publishers product relevant to them and those they interact with, whether that is a social media group, an online publication or a Smartphone app.The 3rd Wave understands this and is a unique position to help media companies and publishers engender the same thinking within their organisation, through practical consulting engagements, that deliver to both the immediate requirement and longer term goals.

David is also responsible for the provision of the SaaS based offering, which operates across multiple data centers.

David has responsibility for leading Atex's product organisation. His primary focus is on new innovative products, through harvesting ideas and knowledge from Atex's wealth of experience.

As Global Vice President of Product Development, David is responsible for overseeing the development of the complete Atex solutions portfolio, including software products for Advertising, Content Management, Web CMS, and Audience Development. I joined Atex in 2009 and implemented the Atex DNA strategy, as well as the OneView browser-based framework for all Atex products
