I am a chiropractor and a personal trainer, marrying my passions for health and wellness in two amazing careers. In my private practice, I work with patients to restore their body back to 100% function by getting to the root cause of their presenting problem. In the gym, I help my clients to push their own definition of 100% to a new level.Specialties: Chiropractically speaking, I employ diversified, Activator, and Flexion-Distraction techniques. I also use high-tech rehab equipment (EMS and ultrasound) to treat many acute and chronic conditions. At the Art of Strength, I specialize in functional training using ropes, kettlebells, vintage equipment, and other tools available on our playground to educate people in the School of Physical Culture.
