With over one & half decade years of experience spanning research, mentoring, product development, and training, coupled with a substantial 6+ years within the innovation and startup ecosystem, I bring a wealth of expertise to the table. My specialties include innovations, startups, business incubation, academic incubator mentoring, strategic program and policy development, as well as mentoring and product development.Currently, I am actively engaged with AIC – SKU Confederation (Atal Incubation Centre – Sri Krishnadevaraya University), where I play a pivotal role in facilitating innovators and startups within the incubation centre. My responsibilities encompass operational execution, incubator operations and programs, strategic planning for early-stage pre-incubation, incubation, and startup management, collaboration initiatives, and startups/product management.As a passionate startup coach, I have a proven track record of motivating and supporting numerous early-stage startups and SMEs in achieving their entrepreneurial aspirations. Prior to this, my journey involved roles as a trainer at PMKK and mentor at a skill development center affiliated with Sri Krishnadevaraya University. Recognized as a Mentor of Change by AIM, NITI Aayog, I extend my expertise to technology-focused startups and engage in initiatives such as SIP and Tinkerfest Programmes initiated by AIM, NITI Aayog, Government of India.Leveraging my technical acumen, I serve as a consultant to startups and provide guidance to industries as a business and technical adviser. Additionally, I contribute voluntarily as a National Evaluator and Jury member at SMART INDIA HACKATHON initiated by the Ministry of HRD, AICTE Delhi.Throughout my tenure as a researcher, trainer, and mentor, I have published one book, authored 20 national and international research articles, and have trained and mentored over 1000 individuals, many of whom are now contributing to various IT, private, and government organizations. Notably, I have successfully led a Major Research Project funded by UGC, New Delhi, and have been honored with the Basic Scientific Research Meritorious Fellowship from UGC, New Delhi.My commitment to continuous learning is evident through certifications obtained from the Start-up India Learning Program by Invest India and the Innovation Readiness Series™ from The IC2 Institute at The University of Texas at Austin. Furthermore, I hold an Advanced Diploma in Real-Time Embedded Systems from Cranes Software International Limited, Bangalore.
