I am the founder of ABS Educational Services and a dedicated Educational Consultant with extensive experience in teaching, career counselling, and educational management. I specialize in advancing educational outcomes, with a particular focus on STEM fields. My commitment to supporting individuals and institutions in achieving their educational goals is unwavering. Ensuring students have access to quality career guidance and support is one of my passions, which is reflected in my PhD research focused on STEM-related education and careers. My extensive experience as a career advisor has enabled me to guide students to secure placements at leading universities worldwide through a bespoke, personalized service.I excel at identifying and addressing gaps in educational systems, such as inadequate college counselling services and the lack of opportunities for students to explore aspirational fields like engineering and the space sector. In my role as the Education Lead for the Space Prize Foundation, I spearhead the ongoing development of space education curricula, conduct space education training workshops for teachers, and co-organize global STEM-related contests for girls, inspiring a new generation of STEM enthusiasts.My ability to inspire confidence and trust among colleagues and clients is central to my approach, ensuring that their ideas and needs are at the forefront of our planning processes. My expertise spans Curriculum Development, Teacher Development, Blended Learning, and Post-sales Digital Technology Training, and I co-organize prestigious educational conferences, such as the Middle East Thought Leadership Forum (METLF), which convenes esteemed global academics to share their research and insights. Through Quality Assurance of teaching and assessment in institutions using international curricula, I have conducted evidence-based research to support the introduction of key policies.I am a member of the Employment Engagement Advisory Board at the University of Northumbria. Additionally, I mentor undergraduate and postgraduate students in collaboration with Staffordshire University, Mothers, Daughters and Sisters (MDS), and Make a Difference Now (MADNOW), supporting the next generation of young African women in pursuit of their goals.As a STEM Ambassador, I support schools with in-person and online activities. Furthermore, as a School Reader, I assist children, including those with special educational needs and disabilities (SEND), to improve their reading skills.
