With a PhD from Tsinghua University, China, and My current role as Assistant Professor at the University of Sargodha, Pakistan. I bring a wealth of experience in computational material science, particularly in the domain of Density Functional Theory (DFT) based computations and numerical simulations. My expertise and publications lie in utilizing advanced licensed software tools such as VASP, Quantum Espresso, Materials Studio, CASTEP, SCAPS, VESTA, and GPVDM to conduct cutting-edge research in materials science, with a strong focus on photovoltaic technologies.As a distinguished supervisor of both MS and PhD candidates, I am committed to mentoring the next generation of scientists and guiding them through the complexities of computational research. My research interests include the design and optimization of novel materials for energy applications, with a special emphasis on perovskite solar cells and related technologies.In my current role, I lead various research projects that push the boundaries of what is possible in material science, leveraging computational techniques to predict and analyze material properties at the atomic level. My work is not only about advancing scientific knowledge but also about translating that knowledge into practical applications that can contribute to sustainable energy solutions.I am passionate about fostering a collaborative research environment where innovative ideas can thrive, and I am always open to new opportunities for collaboration, whether in academia, industry, or interdisciplinary research.
