• Managed global bulk bag-in-box product portfolio valued at $15M, with dual reporting in United Kingdom (UK) and United States (US). Directed 5 international aseptic bag manufacturing lines and productivity initiatives..
• Saved several million dollars through 35% SKU reduction portfolio rationalization, bag structure optimization and improved bag line efficiencies.
• Recorded >$1M in new sales in Central (Costa Rica) and South America (Chile and Brazil) by filling orange, banana, pineapple and tomato aseptic products.
• Realized ≈30% growth in California aseptic bulk tomato business in 3 years.
• Led commercialization of new FlexFX™ aseptic bags for long distance ocean transport in Florida Citrus and Costa Rica pineapple markets, realizing modest, but promising, 1st year sales of <$1M.
• Piloted new gasket-less Uniseal™ fitment for LB StarAsept™ aseptic filler, resulting in decision to potentially commercialize, pending expiry of prior patent.

• Developed and managed market-driven product development initiatives for new applications and markets. Addressed customer issues related to product quality and end-use performance by leveraging research and development.
• Recovered $6M in sales by resolving 2-decade old quality issue, earning recognition, financial rewards and special VP commendations for team.
• Retained $3M revenue by developing ‘co-ex’ film for sour cream pouches for US customer.
