CurrentHave been involved or engaged at various times with organisations like Cipla, Johnson & Johnson, MSD pharma, Zydus, Emcure, Sanofi's, Abbott, Hannor, Glenmark etc Responsible for giving inputs on medico marketing in a scientific and ethical manner right from product acquisition with reference to potential in market, acquisition, launch and training of field force.Providing medical and clinical inputs to the Brand management and Marketing teams to develop marketing plans and campaigns for e.g. Depending on brand' s market positioning.Help creating , designing, and approving marketing material and product communication with attention on preventing scientific or ethical deviation.Providing training of marketing and field staff on such issues to avoid dilution of strategy from original plans to execution and conducting co creation workshops on overcoming Communication barriers with doctors; concept of customer segmentation in pharma perspective Conducting conference, symposia, round table meets for training and interactions with doctors and key opinion leaders. Creating engaging activities for field force with doctors and healthcare setups within the ethical and legal / compliance framework to enhance opportunities.
