Prior to joining AMG, he also worked for Roads & Transport Authority (RTA) and for Jumeirah Golf Estates (Dubai World), a Semi-Govt. Master Developer in Dubai where he managed to form its Property Management Department.Muneer also worked as Director of Marketing, Sales & Customer Relations at Emaar Middle East – a company formed by Emaar Properties PJSC to manage the Real Estate Development in KSA and he managed the entire Sales, Marketing & Customers relations operations for; Jeddah Gate project: a master-planned mixed-use project spread over half a million sqm in Jeddah with total net worth of SAR 6 billion, Al Khobar Lakes project; an integrated master plan community with a development value of SAR 4.6 billion that spreads over (2.643.84 million m²) and Emaar Residences at Fairmont Makkah project. He succeeded to achieve total revenue of SAR 800 million resulted from property Sales & SAR 250 million resulted from leasing Commercial spaces.He also served as Group Business Development Director of Tameer Holding Investments, a real estate development company, where he provided strategic oversight and contributed to increase company revenue by generating AED.640 million while also expanding its geographical footprint into Middle East and North African region.
