Currently an HR Delivery Process Owner/Team Leader.My main responsibility is to ensure that we deliver high quality service by means of accurate and timely training and development to the employees. Other tasks but not limited to below: 1. Manage Learning Administrators (direct reports) within the organization. 2. Organizing and attending meetings with clients and other stakeholders to improve and automate the process.3. Monitoring the transactions and processes made by our Learning Administrators and other stakeholders. 4. Making sure that proper guidance is given to our Learning Administrators and answer queries from clients.5. Making sure that the logistics are booked ahead of time to prevent any delays and challenges. 6. Checking and testing the e-learnings to make sure that the contents are up-to-date and properly uploaded to achieve better learner experience. 7. Manage the LMS and giving re-training for process updates and complex processes. 8. Fulfilling ad hoc requests and providing credible report to the clients in accordance with the existing Data Privacy Policy.9. FTE allocation based on transactions and complexity.10. Forecasting and end-to-end training coordination.11. Create and manage dashboards.12. Consider the welfare of direct reports (emotionally,mentally and physically), coaching sessions and process improvements by practicing the Agile Way of Working.
