As award winning researcher, senior lecturer at QUT, and authority in building trust, I specialise in guiding businesses to designing contemporary, tech-enabled trust experiences for their customers.Holding the Cisco Research Chair in Trusted Retail, I am leading a multi-disciplinary research team with a vision anchored in real-world impact. Specifically, my focus is on Trust Experience (TX) design and strategy, aimed at enabling organizations to maintain customer trust as they transition into more data- and technology-intensive environments.With a multidisciplinary background in business administration, economics, and information systems, I provide a holistic perspective on technology applications.
