Initiated by me, the foundation runs several programs for the benefit of unprivileged section of the society. These programs comprise support to orphaned children for their education, arranging blood donation camps, capacity building trainings , etc. Another feature about the foundation is the “Dhyas Social Award” which is given annually to those who give their whole & soul for social cause. Serve NGO is another portal associated with us which acts as a one stop common platform for all the NGO's, volunteers and the social foundations and connect them with each other. The idea behind this portal is to bridge the gap between the individuals who wish to contribute their limited time and energy to a cause but do not know how to achieve it.

The group supports the prospective entrepreneurs for incubating their business ideas into reality. I formed LEAP (Leaders & Entrepreneurs Ascending Platform) with my colleagues in order to help the budding entrepreneurs to nurture their innovative ideas into reality. Excellence LEAP Foundation acts as an incubation center for many young entrepreneurs who have dreams but lack financially backing to execute it
