Our main focus in the real estate industry is residential plotting and construction sector.As mentioned earlier, we are into plotting and construction field wherein we offer same as the residential plots and properties for sale in Pune.We buy agricultural land at the most convenient and strategic locations and convert it into NATP sanctioned plots for sale to investors. We then develop, beautify and landscape our sites, which are then converted into NA plots or projects for residence.Excellence Shelters is the promoter builder arm of Excellence Group and till date it has already developed properties in excess of 150 acres. We have some excellent projects running currently that will certainly double this figure in the next 2 to 3 years, which would be a phenomenal achievement for a young company. “Excellence Dhyas Foundation” works for the underprivileged section of the society. These are people who are neglected by the society and have been left to fend for themselves. Initiated by me, the foundation runs several programs for the benefit of unprivileged section of the society. These programs comprise support to orphaned children for their education, arranging blood donation camps, capacity building trainings , etc. Another feature about the foundation is the “Dhyas Social Award” which is given annually to those who give their whole & soul for social cause. Serve NGO is another portal associated with us which acts as a one stop common platform for all the NGO's, volunteers and the social foundations and connect them with each other. The idea behind this portal is to bridge the gap between the individuals who wish to contribute their limited time and energy to a cause but do not know how to achieve it.

LEAP or Leaders & Entrepreneurs Ascending Platform is an initiative taken by the Excellence Group to spot, identify and nurture young entrepreneurial skills within the society.Excellence LEAP is the Corporate Social Responsibility wing of "Excellence Group of Companies". The group supports the prospective entrepreneurs for incubating their business ideas into reality. I formed LEAP (Leaders & Entrepreneurs Ascending Platform) with my colleagues in order to help the budding entrepreneurs to nurture their innovative ideas into reality.
