Completed my Doctorate in Neuroscience from the University of Illinois at Chicago, my research was focused on numerous central nervous system pathologies, leading to important insights for future patient therapies. This work was particularly important for precision medicine and future predictive diagnostic testing for patients living with complex neurodevelopmental and neuropsychiatric disorders. My mission has always been centered on building and strengthening relationships of all kinds and after the completion of my degree, I decided to enhance my scientific skills by helping to develop and lead evidence-based training groups for leadership development, particularly in the areas of social and emotional intelligence. This work has been very rewarding and will serve to grow my sphere of influence, enhance my therapeutic experience, and build relationships with others in the healthcare and pharmaceutical industry. Currently involved in building collaborative mentoring relationships as the Co-Vice Chair for MAPs with the Women in Bio Chicago chapter, my goal is to expand my professional life in Medical Affairs. Skills-Personable and capable of building deep professional relationships (High EI)-Demonstrated scientific knowledge & ability to understand and translate complex information - Incredibly driven and great work ethic-Excellent communication & presentation skills -Confident
