I am Dr Nayem Hassan is a Chemical Ecologist, currently working as Managing Director, Russell Bio Solutions. I have been involved with Bio-rational crop protection for over 15 years and has specialised in identification, formulation, development and field testing of insect pheromone and bio-pesticide for control the control pest and disease of economic importance. I have carried out PhD research work at the Natural Resources Institute of the University of Greenwich, UK between March 2003 and June 2007. As a senior scientific officer I have been working at Russell IPM from September 2007. In 2010 have promoted as Head of Research and Development. In 2018 , I have taken the responsibility of Managing Director of Russell Bio Solutions. To date, I supervise a dynamic team in Russell Bio Solutions for development of biorational crop pest solutions.
