Previously I was a Turnaround Director / Interim CFO / COO at Telsis, where I have obtained cost reductions of £8M pa, reduced borrowings by £5M and returned the company to profitability. Earlier I was Group Head of Information Services and Project Director at Brewin Dolphin Ltd, following training to Partner level at KPMG.At board level what I do is drive business growth. I do that by leveraging my deep knowledge in corporate finance, M&A, compliance and regulatory function, turnaround management, designing and implementing re-organisation strategies, improving efficiency and delivering cost reductions.
