I do this by producing e-learning resources; writing books and articles; and speaking at conferences and other events. Over 60 of my online courses are available on an annual subscription basis for organizations (£3,000 + VAT for up to 300 staff) and individuals (£118.80 - less than £2 per course!). My focus is on promoting positive, effective workplaces by empowering people to tackle such problems as stress, bullying, conflict, trauma and developing workplaces where people are valued, supported and helped to flourish and achieve their best and where communication works well to the benefit of all.Organizational success comes through people, which is why workplace well-being and leadership are essential issues. My 30+ years of helping people learn make sure that individuals develop their people skills to the full and that organizations are as effective as possible in getting their people issues right. In this regard, I am able to offer Chartered Management Institute qualifications in management and leadership relating to three fields: (I) people management, engagement and wellbeing; (ii) adult social care; (iii) children's social care. I also use my expertise in effective communication as a consultant to Vigoroom UK, an extensive wellness platform geared towards promoting health, wellbeing and engagement.
