Senior Product Support Analyst
Current- Provide excellent technical support for all user accounts, access control event logs, and data auditing.- Execute various data collection tools and methodologies to troubleshoot reported problems, determine root cause, and develop solutions. - Analyze and resolve existing system errors and upcoming production concerns both at the database and operating system levels, and provide recommendations to achieve the optimal architecture.- Read and analyze source code on a daily basis.- Create custom data reports and modify SQL scripts used to monitor, retrieve, and analyze system data.- Collaborate with the development and engineering teams to debug issues pertaining to migrations and other system wide updates.- Independently executed a company wide migration to a new access management system which guaranteed that all customers and platforms would be able to advance with future technologies.
